The Get Help for a Medical Problem form is currently closed but the Practice is still OPEN until 18:30.

The Practice opening hours are 08:00 - 18:30 Monday to Friday.

Access to this form is available 07:00 - 12:00 and 13:00- 16:00 Monday to Friday.

If you have an URGENT medical problem that you think needs attention today, then either wait for the form to reopen at 13:00, or if after 16:00 please call the practice on 0161 881 4545

After 16:00 your query will be entered into the online form by our trained clinical administrative staff and passed on to one of the doctors to review, who will advise as to the best course of action to help. This may be a phone call on the day, a routine appointment, or a message back with advice.

If you have a non-urgent query, please contact us as usual and we will be happy to help. Alternatively if you wish to use this form, then please do so from 7am the next morning.
