We are changing the way our patients access urgent, same-day care.
Rather than phoning the practice, we are asking patients to fill in our online for and a member of our clinical team will contact you the same working day.
For patients who struggle to use or don’t have internet access, you can still call the practice and a member of our admin team will complete a form on your behalf.
You can access the form from the home page by clicking on the appointments tab, the “Get Help for any Health Problem” and following the on-screen instructions.
