We have a NEW way to contact your GP – even for same day advice if this is what you need! and we aim to back to you within 2 working hours.

This is the the same as ringing the surgery and it would really help us if you could use this form from now on, instead of ringing us – your request will be passed straight to the doctors today if it is something for them to deal with and you can expect to have an email, telephone or SMS text reply.
There are also ways on our website to send in home blood pressure readings, order repeat prescriptions, nominate or change your linked pharmacy nomination (all prescriptions are going electronically to a nominated pharmacy now that coronavirus restrictions are in place), to request a sick note and to contact the reception for a variety of enquiries. We have a collection of resources in our Wellbeing Room, including some resources for mental wellbeing during this time when normal contact and movement is so restricted.
